Hi, I’m Shuli
I work with people to define, design and actualise their richest life and career - on their own terms.
Highly congruent people feel confident in who they are and who they can be, have deep connections with others, and enjoy+excel at what they do.
How do they express their authentic selves confidently, pursue what gives them purpose, and tap into their self-trust when the going gets tough?
It’s rooted in the depth of congruence they have cultivated in their lives.
Living with congruence means learning to align our internal and external worlds in ways that matter to us.
Through Congruence Coaching, I invite you to embark on a transformative journey to step into your most confident and unlimited self.
Why do we keep limiting ourselves?
The fear of judgement and failure
The fear of meeting certain parts of ourselves
The fear of being seen trying, and figuring things out
The fear of starting again and not knowing how to begin
The fear of the work needed to get us from here to where we want to be
Our most formative experiences unconsciously shape our identities and beliefs on who we are and what we can do.
Outdated beliefs can leave us feeling limited, afraid of hope and change, and stuck in anxious loops.
The upside? It’s possible to rewire our neural pathways to shift to more helpful, life-giving beliefs to take back our clarity and achieve what we desire.
Highly congruent people know that the way they experience themselves is the way they experience the world.
The quality of our relationship with ourselves affects all other relationships - with others, and with our work.
When I was living in incongruence, life was lonely, draining and unfulfilling.
I tied my self-worth to my productivity
I suffered from imposter syndrome and struggled to feel proud of myself
I people-pleased, was over-responsible, and feared disappointing others
I struggled with saying no and setting healthy boundaries
I couldn’t ask for help, even when I really needed it
I had a loud and relentless inner critic
I felt controlled by my anxiety and acted out of fear
I stayed in unhealthy relationships and environments that burnt me out
I feared that life would pass me by, and I would leave with regrets
When I decided to put in the work to grow my congruence, my sense of clarity, energy and self-trust expanded, which allowed me to:
Represent myself authentically with confidence
Meet life with openness, and release myself from things beyond my control
Enforce healthy boundaries with myself, others and work
Receive deep acceptance, love and support from nourishing relationships
Embrace my strengths to pursue careers that align with me and grow me
Learn to enjoy and celebrate both the process and outcome in all I do
Create a congruent and energised life rooted in my values and purpose
Shift from a lifetime of "never good enough" to "I'm worthy and enough"
Congruence is a skillset that is learned, practiced, and embodied.
Any one can grow their congruence as long as you are willing and committed to.
Become the expert on You
What will cultivating deeper congruence allow you to do?
You will greet life with greater confidence and clarity, and take actions out of alignment and not fear.
You’ll know what is within your control, and release your grip on everything else that isn’t.
When mistakes and failures happen, you know that it is simply part of being human.
When old wounds get activated, you’ll learn to self-regulate and give yourself what you need.
You will make choices for yourself that are healthier, and not simply familiar.
You’ll become more open, honest and vulnerable in your communication, paving the way for deeper, and truly genuine connections and relationships.
You’ll rely less on external validation, even as you enjoy deeper connections with others.
Your relationship with work will be driven by balance, enjoyment and purpose.
During hard times, you’ll have a strong core of self-trust within that fuels your resilience.
When life feels challenging, you know it’s an opportunity to practice your congruence and realignment.
In the face of stress, uncertainty, and fear, at the end of the day, you know that you will be okay.
I’m a certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner focused on helping clients gain clarity, make mindset and behavioural shifts, and develop aligned action plans to achieve their desired outcomes.
My coaching style is discovery-focused, impact-driven and trauma-informed. My clients would describe me as effective, empathetic and empowering.
I also teach socialisation and politics at university. Intellectually and emotionally, I understand how challenging it is to manage and balance external pressures with our own voice and desires, especially in the Asian context.
When I’m coaching, I’m in a state of flow. It energises me to collaborate with people who take ownership of their lives, aren’t afraid to seek support, and put in the work to actively participate in shaping their lives.
I’m based in Singapore and I work with clients internationally.
Let’s define, design and actualise the life you want with deep clarity and confidence
